What is your refund policy?
Refunds are not issued until 7 days after the conference event has ended. Refunds issued in the form of a check may take longer to process and issue. All refunds are subject to a $30 administration fee.
Can I choose the days I use a one day pass for?
The one day pass is typically used for the longest day of the conference, giving you access to more training hours with your pass. If you would like to attend a different day instead, simply reach out to us via email to make your request.
Do you offer scholarships or discounts?
Each year, we seek out financial support for our training events. When funds allow, we do offer special incentives to early childhood education professionals. However, this is not guaranteed from year to year.
Is my hotel stay included in the cost of registration?
No, the costs associated with your accommodations and travel are not included in the registration price. However, we do partner with Perdido Beach Resort to bring you the best rates on the beach!
Do I need to bring a printed ticket?
You will need an entrance ticket to special classes and events that require payment to attend. This allows our staff to easily identify that your registration for the session/event has been processed and confirmed. When you arrive at the conference, visit the Registration Desk and all of your necessary tickets will be given to you there.
Can I purchase tickets on site?
Yes, you can purchase a 1-day pass, a 3-day pass and special session/event tickets if availability permits. If you intend to come and pay on-site, let us know ahead of time and we will have all of your materials waiting for you when you arrive. Simply send an email to email@example.com.
How can I become an AALECE Member?
There are links at the top of this site to learn more about AALECE and become a member. If you are attending the conference, you can also stop by our membership booth in Exhibit Hall! If you establish or renew your AALECE membership at the conference, you will receive a discount code for next year’s event!
